Villa Alexa

The original farmhouse has a studio bedroom with a double bed and a dining room with double doors opening directly onto the shaded terrace between the two buildings. The other bedrooms lead off from the living area, each with their own shower room. The annex has bedrooms on the lower floor with an adjoining shower room, and on the upper level a modern kitchen and dining area that works well for a group. A further shower room is accessible from the kitchen. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

The pool sits in Mediterranean gardens with fruit trees and open countryside views beyond. It is a genuinely pleasant spot to spend a full day: the gardens are generous enough to find shade or sun depending on the time, and the shaded terrace between the two buildings is the ideal place to eat in the evening. Both buildings have a safe and an alarm. The whole setup suits groups who want a comfortable, practical place that does not feel like a hotel.

San José is two minutes by car or ten on foot, with bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and occasional evening markets on the church square. The nearest beaches are five to ten minutes by car. Ibiza Town is fifteen minutes. There are buses from the village to both San Antonio and Playa d'en Bossa, useful on days when you want to leave the car behind.
