An electric gate leads onto a generous parking area. Inside, a stylish hallway opens to a large living room with TV and music system, the kitchen alongside. Six bedrooms spread across two floors, plus a sixth with its own en-suite and separate ground-floor entrance, practical for a couple in the group who want their own space. All rooms are air conditioned.
Description
On the ground floor are two double bedrooms sharing a modern bathroom. Upstairs are two further doubles and a twin, with another bathroom. The additional ground-floor bedroom has its own en-suite and a separate outside entrance, giving one part of the group a degree of independence from the rest. A safe and an alarm are in the house.
The outdoor kitchen and dining area beside the pool make a real difference for a group staying in for the evening: proper cooking outside, with a table setup that works for a crowd. The pool is large with room for loungers, and an outdoor shower room with toilet sits nearby.
Ibiza Town is five minutes by car, Playa d'en Bossa five minutes in the opposite direction. Cala Jondal and Ses Salinas beaches are ten minutes. A bar and cafe are five minutes on foot, the supermarket twelve minutes' walk.
