Villa Nieves

The main house opens into a generous living area off the kitchen, the kind of cool, high-ceilinged space that earns its keep in the height of summer. A twin bedroom sits at one end and two doubles linked by an en-suite bathroom at the other, plus a washroom. Upstairs, three more bedrooms: a large double with French doors onto a roof terrace, a second double with the same terrace access, and a smaller room with an original beamed ceiling that gives it a special character. A separate bathroom serves the upper floor. The annex adds two doubles and a twin with their own bathroom. All rooms are air conditioned.

The pool sits in proper gardens, palm trees and flowering bushes around it, with loungers and shaded tables and chairs at the edges. The walled terrace with the barbecue is where a group this size naturally ends up in the evening: enough space, enough shade, and a setup that makes cooking outside the obvious choice.

San Rafael is five minutes by car, a real village with shops, bars and restaurants and a bus toward Ibiza Town and San Antonio. Amnesia and Privilege sit just a few minutes in the other direction. Spend a day at one of the beaches ten minutes away, an evening at the pool, and a late night at the clubs without the drive ever feeling like an effort. Ibiza Town and San Antonio are both around ten minutes.
