The approach to Villa Savines already tells you something: a private entrance, ample parking, and a beautiful sweeping staircase. Four bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms, split across two floors. Two large doubles on the ground floor, and the master suite upstairs looks out over the garden. For a group that wants to be close to everything and feel removed from it, this location won't disappoint.

Description

Upstairs alongside the master, the fourth bedroom completes the layout, and all four rooms have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning throughout. The kitchen and dining room were stripped back and rebuilt in 2018, and the glass doors open directly onto the pool and garden. This makes the boundary between inside and outside barely noticeable.

The outside area is built for long evenings: a large pool, a BBQ area, sun loungers and day beds, and a proper al fresco dining setup. The villa has perimeter alarms as well as an alarm inside the house, plus a safe. The private entrance gate has space for several cars, and the village of Puig d'en Valls is five minutes on foot for a supermarket, cafes and bars.

Ibiza Town is three minutes by car, Pacha and Talamanca two. Playa d'en Bossa five minutes in the other direction, San Antonio fifteen. This is one of those locations where every itinerary works: a beach club afternoon, dinner in the marina, a late night in town. Puig d'en Valls is quiet enough that you'll sleep fine.
