Right now, we're recruiting for winter season roles in Val d'Isère. A small team, a hard-working season, and one of the best resorts in the Alps to spend a winter. If that appeals, read on.

A season in the mountains

We run a collection of chalets in Val d'Isère: well-chosen properties, looked after by people who take the details seriously. Our guests come back year after year, and a large part of that comes down to the people they remember.

A winter season here is demanding. The resort is busy, the days are long, and the standards are high. In return, you'll be part of a close-knit team doing a job worth doing, in one of the better places in the Alps to spend a winter.

We're recruiting for the roles listed below. If something fits, fill in the form at the bottom of the page and send your CV to our recruitment team. We'll be in touch.

Open positions · Winter 2026/27 · Val d'Isère

  1. Operations / Front Desk: At the heart of day-to-day resort life. You'll coordinate arrivals and departures, keep logistics running smoothly, support staff scheduling, and be the first point of contact for guests coming through the resort.
  2. Operations / Guest Services: A varied, guest-facing role that keeps you on the move. You'll support guests throughout their stay, assist the Head of Operations with daily activities, and make sure things run smoothly both in the resort and out in the field.
  3. Housekeeping & Breakfast Host: You keep our chalets at their best and set the tone for the day. Alongside housekeeping duties, you'll prepare and serve breakfast and the occasional afternoon cake. A sharp eye for detail and a collaborative approach matter here.
  4. Laundry Assistant: A role that keeps the whole operation moving. You'll manage the flow of linen across properties: preparing and delivering clean orders, collecting used laundry, sorting stock, and keeping shelves maintained. Physically active and fast-paced.
  5. Housekeeping Supervisor: You'll lead the housekeeping team and own the standards across all properties. Daily oversight, inspections, training, and making sure every chalet is presented exactly right for arriving guests. Previous housekeeping leadership experience is required.
  6. Resort Maintenance: A hands-on role with real breadth: general maintenance, day-to-day fixes, snow clearing, moving supplies, and supporting the wider team. Skills in plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry are an advantage. Practical maintenance experience is required.
